It looks like summer has finally started and William Hill's weather betting is finally hotting up.
Punters can now place bets on Wimbledon being washed out by rain, ruining the activities of Sharapova and co.
William Hill offer 8/1 that the temperature will exceed 100F in 2006 and 12/1 that the highest recorded temperature will be beaten, the record currently stands at 101.3.
"Despite the recent rain, we have already seen considerable support for the 8/1 that temperatures will exceed 100F." said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
