Prescott To Quit Odds Slashed

ookmakers William Hill have slashed the odds about John Prescott ceasing to be Deputy Prime Minister before the end of this month from 5/4 to 11/10 following news of an inquiry into his behaviour.
"Although we still make him an odds-on chance to survive - albeit at lengthening odds of 4/6 from 4/7 - the vast majority of those betting are backing him to be gone by the end of the month." said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
