Despite the fact that England play more Twenty20 games that other countries, William Hill rate England as 10/1 outsiders for the Twenty20 World Cup and with thrills and spills expected they offer 8/1 for a Trescothick hundred, 10/1 for an England Hat-Trick and 200/1 that an England player scores 36 runs in an over.
