After Frank Lampard handed over penalty taking duties to team mate Michael Ballack in their opening Champions League match, William Hill have opened a book on who will take Chelsea's next penalty in any competitive game and make Ballack 1/3 favourite with Lampard 5/2 second favourite and also offer 8/1 Shevchenko,14/1 Drogba, 25/1 Terry, 25/1 Essien, 33/1 Robben.

"Although Lampard let Ballack take the last one he might fancy the job back if Chelsea are a couple of goals up next time they get one and it is also possible that neither will be playing when they get their next spot kick", said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
