Webbon Pleased With New Regulatory Unit

The chief executive of the Horseracing Regulatory Authority, Peter Webbon, is pleased with the new proposals aimed at integrating the regulation of racing with its governance under a new British Horseracing Authority.
"I'm confident the operational side of the regulatory process will have as much independence as the HRA has had." he said.
The new Regulatory Unit which would be semi-autonomous according to Webbon, but fully accountable to the BHA
