NBA Debuts New Radio Lineup
The National Basketball Association and SIRIUS Satellite Radio, the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the NBA, announced today a new exclusive programming lineup on NBA Radio on SIRIUS, channel 127, the first 24/7, year-round radio channel devoted to the NBA.
NBA Radio on SIRIUS will provide the most comprehensive, in-depth radio coverage of the NBA, with live play-by-play of NBA games and exclusive daily live talk shows hosted by Hall of Famer Rick Barry, Kenny "The Jet" Smith, Ian Eagle, Frank Isola, Rich Ackerman and others. Each show will include up-to- the-minute news, expert analysis and exclusive interviews with players, coaches and other NBA insiders.
As the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the NBA, SIRIUS is the exclusive provider of NBA Season Pass, the programming package that features more than 1000 regular season games, plus every game of the NBA Playoffs and The Finals. SIRIUS has the exclusive national radio rights to NBA team radio broadcasts and will air regular season games from every NBA team.
Live game coverage tips off on SIRIUS Tuesday, Oct. 31, with the defending NBA Champion Miami Heat hosting the Chicago Bulls at 8pm ET/7pm CT on channel 127.
