Acambo heads William Hill's betting for this weekend's totesport Trophy at Newbury.
David Pipe's six year old, who has been allocated top weight, is William Hill's 7-2 favourite having been backed in from 7-1 over the past two weeks.
William Hill spokesman Ben Clarke added: "Acambo impressed in the Ladbroke Hurdle at Ascot but will have to be at his very best to carry top weight to victory on Saturday. He remains the best backed horse with us since we opened our book and a bold show will certainly boost his Champion Hurdle credentials and vindicate the decision of his connections to keep him over hurdles this season."
