Coventry Blaze hammered Belfast Giants 8-0 to move two points clear in the Elite League with two games in hand.

 

Danny Stewart and Rumun Ndur scored in the first period and Ashley Tait, Tom Carlon and Adam Calder got on the scoresheet in the second period.

 

Michael Tasker scored twice and Calder grabbed his second in the third period.

 

Cardiff Devils beat Basingstoke Bison 5-4, Edinburgh Capitals defeated Hull Stingrays 4-1 and Sheffield Steelers won 3-2 at Newcastle Vipers.
