Odds That Wembley Will Miss Cup Final Next Year

As the England squad walk round Wembley bookmakers William Hill are offering odds of 4/1 that the FA Cup Final will have to be played in Cardiff or elsewhere NEXT year because Wembley Stadium is not ready.
Although William Hill make Wembley 1/7 to host the 2007 FA Cup Final, punters are still sceptical that it will be ready in time.
"Almost all the money we have taken has been for the new Wembley to miss out yet again next year," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams, "And the pictures of the England squad looking round the stadium would definately not make you rush off to back the 1/7 that the FA Cup Final will be played at Wembley."
