Paralympic champions Aileen McGlynn and Ellen Hunter won gold in the tandem sprint, beating Lindy Hou and Toireasa Gallagher after a ride-off.
Sprint world champions Anthony Kappes and Barney Storey took the gold medal in the men's tandem sprint.
