Ladbrokes has confirmed they have joined their counterparts Coral and William Hill in changing their hedging practices, with their money now going via betting exchanges as well as the course market.
William Hill broke the long established bookmaking mould by switching their hedging activities from the racecourse to betting exchanges in early November and Ladbrokes trading director Mike O'Kane on Tuesday confirmed that his firm have since adopted a similar stance to Coral by splitting their hedging between the course market and exchanges.
