Bookies Celebrate Hamilton Horror

William Hill were celebrating their best result of the current F1 season following an Alonso victory in the European Grand Prix. "We were best price Raikkonen and took some hefty wagers at 4/5 and Hamilton was the all the rage prior to qualifying," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
Drivers Championship betting is currently suspended until after the hearing on Thursday but assuming their are no points deduction William Hill expect to make Alonso their new favourite. "Our view is that on current form Lewis Hamilton is the fourth best driver and will definitely not be the favourite for the drivers championship on Friday," said Rupert Adams.
