England Backed But Will It Be Wilko And Out?
Ever since the inclusion of Jonny Wilkinson in England's starting line up, bookmakers William Hill have seen a surge of support for England to win the six nations cutting them from 4/1 to 7/2 and now 3/1.
But Jonny Wilkinson is still looking for match fitness and Hill's are offering odds on when Wilkinson will be substituted.
William Hill's favourite at 4/9 is during the second half and offer 5/2 that he plays the full 80 minutes and 6/1 that he leaves in the field in the first half.
Wilkinson is 2/1 to score between 11 and 15 points and 6/1 to score 26 or more, Johnny is 7/4 to drop a goal and 4/1 to score a try.
"This years six nations is perhaps the most open for years with at least four of the teams in with a real chance. England are relying on Wilkinson to get some much needed points on the board and as long as he stays on the pitch England are in with a chance," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
