You Bet Beckham Is Back To His Best

After winning the man of the match award for his outstanding performance in Real Madrid's victory in the Champions League, bookies William Hill have cut the price of David Beckham taking any part in Euro 2008 from 11/2 to 5/1 and offer 1/9 that he takes no part.
William Hill also offer 8/1 that Beckham is named the UEFA man of the match in the second leg and have cut the price of David Beckham winning the Sports Personality of the Year from 50/1 to 33/1.
"Becks looked back to his best and he has done no harm to his chances of getting noticed by McClaren," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
