Nobles Chip Leader At World Series Of Poker (WSOP)

Last updated: 13/03/2008 16:43

With just 963 players remaining in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournament, Dmitri Nobles remains chip leader ahead of Terris Preston.

The blinds are now at 800 and 1600 with antes of 200 and big name players continue to be eliminated from the competition.

Josh Arieh was unfortunate, going out with pocket aces against pocket queens. Theo Tran, Casey Kastle and Richard Brodie have also all been eliminated from this year's event.

With the top 873 places being paid there's still a lot to play for, even for those who don't make it into the final 600 at the start of play tomorrow.
