Poker Host Goes Live On Microgaming Poker Network
Microgaming, the provider of Online Casino and Online Poker software, has announced that Poker Host) is now officially live on its rapidly expanding poker network.
The announcement follows the company's decision to leave Tribeca last month and follows swiftly on the back of a similar announcement by Eurolinx in January, which cited "increased consolidation" and "the desire to provide players with the best software available", as being the primary motivation behind its switch.
The move to the Microgaming Poker Network will provide Poker Host players with instant access to one of the most aggressive tournament schedules on the web and to a wealth of satellites to some of the world's biggest offline tournaments.
Roger Raatgever, CEO Microgaming says, "We've started this year in much the same way as we finished last year - by announcing yet another quality poker room moving across to the Microgaming Poker Network. By providing operators with instant liquidity and the ability to retain 100% ownership of players; and offering players some of the hottest action and tournament schedules around, we believe this trend is set to continue throughout 2007."
