Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones faces the music Just days after NBA star Charles Barkley hit the headlines for unpaid gambling debts, a second sports star is in the news for a similar ‘oversight’. Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones, cornerback with the Dallas Cowboys, got in trouble with Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for his failure to repay $24,000 he received in loans last autumn. Having waited almost 9 months for Jones to comply, the casino finally filed a criminal complaint. Shamed into action, Jones made the payment with 24 hours. Jones has played with the Dallas Cowboys since 2005, but was suspended in March 2007, after being involved in several serious incidents, and being arrested for the sixth time in two years. In 2007, the NFL cornerback faced charges for involvement in a strip club shooting but charges were dropped after he cooperated with police. Jones just can't seem to stay out of trouble and we will have to wait and see if he manages to clean up his act and get back to football.
