Could Michael Jackson's child-like ranch be turned into a casino?

Neverland Casino

Jackson Jackpot?

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch could be turned into a casino.   Neverland was due to be auctioned off due to huge unpaid debts on the property.  After Jackson failed to make an interest payment on the $26 million he owes on the property, Colony Capital Group stepped in to and decided to buy the debt.  This means they effectively own the property.

Michael Jackson currently resides in Bahrain, away from the glare of the cameras, and hasn't been seen in the US for some time.  The trials over alleged child molestation hit him hard both financially and personally and he subsequently retreated from public life.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch... Colony is proposing to turn Neverland into a casino resort.  The company owns various hotels and resorts in Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

Since Neverland already has a zoo and theme park complete with rides, a casino could be a perfect addition.  Plus, there aree sure to be millions of curious fans, willing to pay the entrance fee to get a look at Jacko's former residence.
