Fun in the Sun for Mel B

Mel B is definitely in shape, looking fabulous, healthy and fit.  Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown is toned and curvaceous.  Men are usually more than happy to get an eyeful of Mel B.  Recently she was snapped on holiday with her husband.  The couple were having a good time in Miami.  Like most contestants on Dancing with the Stars, Mel B started to slim down when she began dancing.  It seems that all the fancy diets and exercising that goes on in Hollywood could take a lesson or two from the dance instructors.  All you have to do is take up ballroom dancing.  This pastime is no longer for those regarded as over the hill but can be a strenuous workout.

The only down side of seeing Mel B enjoying a break from all the training it took to compete in Dancing With The Stars is the fact that she was smoking.  Mel B indulged in cigarette after cigarette.  Along with the chain smoking was a bottle of chilled bubbly.  She wore a bikini that showed her curvy bod to perfection and the Ultimo label for lingerie and swimwear must be very proud to have Mel B on board.  She recently modeled in a photo shoot for the brand.  Mel B has replaced Sarah Harding of Girls Aloud as Ultimo’s new face in their advertisements.

Mel B and her producer husband Stephen Belafonte have been married for almost a year.  The couple have three children between them.  Mel B has two, her youngest, Angel, is the daughter of Eddie Murphy who at first refused to believe he was the father.  Her husband Stephen has one daughter of his own Giselle.  The hard working couple looked very relaxed and happy in the Miami sunshine.
