Seal and Heidi Have Split up

In a shock announcement the superstar couple Seal and Heidi Klum have announced the end of their marriage. After 7 years together the couple have confirmed to fans and the world that they will be separating. The British artist Seal made the announcement to the German press saying simply that;

"While we have enjoyed 7 very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate. We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

The couple have created a large family during their relationship; Heidi met Seal while still pregnant with her daughter Leni from an ex-boyfriend. Since getting married the celebrity couple have had several more children and are well known for the extravagant parties that they have put on, particularly for Halloween. One of the reasons the split has come as such a surprise to fans is because every year they renewed their wedding vows in a special ceremony. Such romantic gestures made it difficult to believe that the couple were having problems with their relationship. Now rumours surrounding the breakup are flying around the world’s gossip columns though the couple have so far remained tight lipped.
