Justin Bieber Video ‘Baby’ Overtakes Lady Gaga on YouTube
The most viewed music video on YouTube is no longer Lady Gaga - Justin Bieber the teen sensation has now taken the lead.
The singer’s song Baby has now been watched more than 260 million times which has pushed Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance into second place, at time of writing her video had been viewed just over 252 million times.
The 16 year old singer has thanked his fans on Twitter saying,"it doesn't matter who has more views, what matters is that we have incredible fans that support us".
After posting his own videos on YouTube, Bieber was signed two years ago. He is currently on tour in the US promoting his album ‘My World 2.0’.
He has complimented Lady Gaga saying that she is "an incredible artist who [I] have great respect for. And her video is incredible".
In another Tweet he said to fans, "Sometimes the pressure is a lot but I feel so blessed living my dream and I remind myself to be thankful and appreciative. Thank you all for caring. Just want you to know I care too and I'm just a normal kid. Thanks."
The song ‘Baby’ was written with R&B singer Christina Milian and the rapper Ludacris.
Lady Gaga is currently in the middle of her ‘Monster Ball’ tour, she recently became the first living person who has more than 10 million Facebook fans.
