You Bet I Can Get A Date With Robbie Williams

William Hill could be out of pocket to the tune of £14,000 after accepting a bet from Chester based 33 year old Frances Ingram, who has bet £40 at odds of 100/1 that she will go on a date with Robbie Williams and a further £10 at 1000/1 that their date will eventually lead to marriage.

Frances has been a Loyal fan for years and whenever Robbie has a gig in the UK she tries her best to get time off from her job as a supervisor at Marks and Spencer's to see his show.

"It is one of the more original bets we have ever taken and it is the sort of wager that could become self fulfilling. Everyone loves seeing the bookies taken to the cleaners and I am sure Robbie is no different, if he hears about the bet surely he will ask her out." said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
