Alexandra Palace Plans Revealed To The Public

The two companies bidding to invest and obtain a lease in Alexandra Palace in north London have submitted their plans to the property's board of trustees.
Firoka, owner of Heythrop Park in Oxfordhisre, is looking to transform the site into a leisure destination while Earls Court & Olympia Group has announced plans to renovate the site and turn it into an educational facility.
Firoka's proposal includes retaining the existing exhibition space and creating new facilities by refurbishing the major halls.
The plans centre around development of a leisure facility for community use, including an ice rink, indoor bowling, a cinema, health and fitness club and a heritage museum.
