Chef to the Royals, Michel Roux, has his hands full on board the Infinity.

 

Michel Roux, the renowned chef who catered the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, is responsible for making sure that the 2,000 guests aboard the Infinity cruise ship are fed three sumptuous meals a day.

 

Just how does he manage it? Well, to begin with, the ship's galley is 105 feet long and it employs over a hundred people. Then there is also the fact that over the course of a 14-day cruise the ship will use 24,000 pounds of beef, 3,000 gallons of milk and 9,000 dozen eggs.
