Britney Spears Court Hearing Postponed
A court hearing involving Britney Spears and her estranged husband Kevin Federline has been cancelled amid reports she has gone into rehab again.
Federline was due to appear at an emergency hearing in a family law court on Thursday before it was called off.
US celebrity websites said Britney Spears was in rehab for a third time in a week.
It was not known why Federline was going to court but the former couple are locked in a custody dispute over their two children.
"Kevin continues to be a very focused father with his children with hands-on management," his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said.
Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said Mr Kaplan had cancelled the court appearance. The court did not give an explanation for the cancellation.
Britney Spears, 25, has two children with Federline - five-month-old Jayden James and Sean Preston, aged 17 months.
The couple currently have joint custody under a temporary court order.
