Playtech casinos to accept Intercash online payments
Playtech has revealed that 18 of its online casinos will now be accepting deposits and withdrawals via the Intercash payment system.
Playtech powered casinos have made headlines yet again this week after announcing that they are to accept Intercash payments online. A total of 18 Playtech casinos will now be offering deposits and withdrawals via the Intercash service. Online venues including Casino Tropez, Vegas Red and the Titan and Europa Casino are just a few of the names participating in the initiative which aims to facilitate the swift and secure transference of funds for its users.
Intercash operates using a prepaid card system backed by MasterCard which allows casino winnings to be transferred directly to the card. The credit can then claimed as cash at millions of MasterCard ATMs or points-of-sale outlets on the network. Alternatively, players can choose to use the card balance to fund their casino accounts so that they can continue to play online.
Commenting on the service, Intercash CEO Patrick Seguev cited the importance of the Playtech platform, Fastengine Ltd. "The venture between our companies marks a significant step into what is becoming an industry standard, with many online gaming software providers and operators integrating our safe, efficient, and smart payment solutions". He noted the user friendly nature of the service which facilitates easy access for online users. Players must simply select the Intercash option at the cashier and place their order for an Intercash card to arrive at a registered address. Customers fund their accounts by visiting the Intercash site and entering the confidential code provided. Initial deposits must not exceed €2,500 but can subsequently be increased to €50,000 with additional documentation. Fast, efficient and secure, it's clear that Intercash is here to stay.
