UK Casino Times: So what does the casino manager at Sterling House Casino actually do?
David Barker: The quick answer is that I make sure the casino is operating as well as it can, so that gamers can get the best experience possible. I coordinate our team of marketing and technical staff as they work towards that goal, but I'm also able to spend a lot of my time working directly to improve customer enjoyment. That's where my training is, and that's the part of the job I enjoy most.
