Punters Go Potty For Euro Lottery

William Hill have been inundated with requests from punters looking to place bets with odds of 76,000,000/1, to help visualise their chances of becoming the proud owner of £75 Million should they win the Euro Millions on Friday night.

But William Hill have never offered such massive odds, the biggest they have offered to date is 20,000,000-1 that Elvis would crash land a U.F.O on top of the Loch Ness Monster (placed by a postman from Glasgow) or the 15,000,000 theys offered the late Screaming Lord Sutch (leader of the Monster Raving Loony Party) that he would become Prime Minister.

"The only thing we might offer odds of 76 million to one about are the world ending on a specific date. In theory it would be all but impossible to collect the winnings for the end of the world. Heaven would be hell for bookies as no-one would ever lose", said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
