Jackpot Grows To Estimated $31 Million In Mega Millions

The jackpot in Mega Millions is growing - and there appears to be no shortage of lucky winners.

A total of 410,153 tickets from coast to coast won prizes in the Tuesday, March 7, 2006 drawing. That includes two tickets that each won $250,000.

Since no ticket matched all six numbers, the jackpot for the Friday, March 10 Mega Millions drawing grows to an estimated $31 million.

The winning numbers in Tuesday's drawing were: 15-27-36-38-42 and the Mega Ball number was 32.

Mega Millions is played in 12 states: California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM Eastern Time, 10:00 PM Central Time and 8:00 PM Pacific Time.
