The first venue will see the redevelopment of a building in Leeds, already the property of Luminar, with the object of transforming it into a casino.
The two have concluded a joint venture agreement with the object of developing into the new UK casino market with the implementation of the agreement being subject to the approval of the competition control authorities.
Confirming reports that have been circulating over the last few months, Accor said in a statement: "The announced evolution and modernisation of the British gaming and casino legislation opens perspectives in these sectors where these two operators, specialists in the fields of entertainment and casinos, have seen a number of future opportunities."
