De Soto and Silverburn head William Hill's betting for the Grade 1 Anglo Irish Bank Tolworth Hurdle at Sandown.
The pair, who have impressed this season and boast two wins a piece, are rated the 11-4 joint favourites by the Leeds firm with My Turn Now, who is bidding for a fifth straight victory, the 10-3 third best.
Perce Rock, who has been supported in places for the Ballymore Properties Hurdle, is a 7-2 chance with William Hill who then go 13-2 Astarador and 66-1 Bar.
William Hill's spokesman Ben Clarke added: "Its a very competitive renewal of a race that has unearthed some very classy horses in the past with recent winners Noland, Monsignor and French Holly all having gone on to win at the festival. The front three in this years betting have all impressed recently and I wouldn't be surprised to see any of them develop into genuine Cheltenham contenders."
