Millionaire yob Michael Carroll was yesterday hit with his second Anti-Social Behaviour Order in weeks.
The Lotto winner, 22, landed the ASBO for making life hell for his Norfolk neighbours.
JPs heard he shot an air rifle at traffic, fired paintballs at one home and raced cars at night in Swaffham.
Carroll, who won £9.7m, faced court in a hoodie reading 'Thug Life'.
Carroll was given the first ASBO in June.
