Last updated: 13/03/2008 16:44

Gaming Corporation Plc, a gaming portal operator has announced that gambling.com has now fully launched its proprietary version 2 pay per click search engine software, following two months of beta testing at the end of 2005.

The new software provides advertisers with increased functionality, giving greater budgetary flexibility and management control for their bid-based search listing campaigns. Along with the introduction of the new Syndicated Network, which distributes advertisers' listings to an even larger targeted audience than ever before, Gambling.com continues to reinforce its position as a provider of premium quality gambling traffic in the notoriously competitive online gaming sector.

The new software has been received very enthusiastically by existing advertisers during the beta testing, who have welcomed its simplicity of use.

Tim Rosenberg, Managing Director commented: "We have been working closely with a number of our principal advertisers whohave provided insightful feedback over the last couple of months. We now have software which, whilst it will always continue to evolve, develop and improve, can be considered as best in class. With over 1,000 different gambling brands already listed, we have fast become the definitive gambling site for quality gambling traffic for advertisers and also breadths of listings from a consumer perspective. With the new software we can now confidently offer our advertisers an easy to use management tool and with over 500,000 gambling specific searches per month, advertisers can now generate players from a previously untapped network of carefully selected partner sites."

Justin Drummond, Chief Executive of Gaming Corporation plc said: "This evolution in the search technology allows Gambling.com to distribute their gaming related listings to other targeted gaming web portal sites thus increasing their exposure and revenue earning potential and we see this as a key driver of growth in the forthcoming financial year."
