CryptoLogic Appoints New CFO

CryptoLogic, one of the world's leading developers of gaming software, has announced a new addition to its management team. The appointment of Stephen Taylor to the post of Chief Financial Officer will give CryptoLogic the benefit of over 20 years commercial finance experience. Mr Taylor has a wealth of experience, having worked for companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

Mr Taylor replaces Jenifer Cua, who was acting as CryptoLogic's interim CFO and will be taking over as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer.
