Zone4Play Signs Multi-Year Agreement With Betfair

Zone4Play, Inc. - a leading developer of interactive software and technology for the betting and gaming industry, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Betfair, the world's leading betting exchange, to become an affiliate partner providing mobile exchange betting solutions for the Betfair community and for non-Betfair users.

Under this agreement, Zone4Play will create and provide exchange betting solutions for mobile devices based on the Betfair system. Zone4Play expects these services to be made available to the Betfair community in the fourth quarter of 2005.

The service will be marketed to the 350,000 registered Betfair users as well as to new customers who use mobile phones as their primary exchange betting platform. Zone4Play will charge a monthly subscription fee of Betfair's existing customers who opt for the mobile betting service. Additionally, Zone4Play will participate in a betting revenue sharing agreement for new users who use the service.

This agreement signifies Zone4Play's leadership position as a driving force in the industry by providing highly advanced multi-platform solutions enabling mass participation gaming across mobile phones, television and the internet.
