UK's Top 5 Online Betting
Towns
According
to a new report, which details towns where you are most
likely to find people who use the internet for gambling,
Alton in Hampshire leads the way in the UK.
The study carried out by
consumer Information Company Claritas Acxiom, the list is
lead by Alton in Hampshire, where 4.23% of households
surveyed claimed that they gambled on the web. The report
was created from the results of the extensive National
Shoppers Survey, distributed across the UK every year and is
based on the percentage of households claiming to gamble
online.
Following second after
Alton is Pinner in Middlesex (3.88%) with Daventry in
Northamptonshire at third place with 3.46 per
cent.
On the fourth rank is
Beckenham (3.24%) with Epping at fifth place with 2.93% of
households admitting to online betting.
