Affiliate Series of Poker kicks off
Casino Affiliate Programs announced that qualifying will begin this week for the annual Affiliate Series of Poker (ASOP).
To be in with a chance, CAP registered affiliates can qualify for free by logging on to www.asop.com and signing up for a freeroll tournament.
The ASOP is only for affiliates and is a great place to start in international tournaments as its completely free to enter.
The ASOP final will be held in London at the CAP Euro event, which will take place from 24 27th January 2008. The Main Event will have 36 players and will be televised.
The tournament will be a no-limit Texas Holdem knock-out. The prize pool is $20,000, with the winner taking away $5000 plus an official ASOP diamond-studded bracelet and free flights and accommodation for the CAP Spring Break.
Previous winners have gone on to play at the World Series of Poker final table.
