- Australia 16/1 To Lose To Scotland
The Australian one day
side suddenly look vulnerable and William
Hill have
lengthened them from 5/4 to 7/4 to win the World
Cup.
William Hill offer 50/1
that Australia lose by 10 wickets to any side during the
World Cup and Scotland are 16/1 to beat Australia in their
group game.
New Zealand have been
trimmed to 11/1 from 12/1 and England remain 8/1 shots to
win the event.
"Australia are on the
ropes but they certainly are not on the canvas yet and for
the first time in years Aussie backers could be getting a
bit of value on their team at 7/4," said William Hill's
spokesman Rupert Adams.
