Mourinho
8/1 To Stay At Chelsea Until 2011
With Jose Mourinho
declaring that he will only leave Chelsea before 2010 if he
is sacked, William
Hill have opened a
book on which year will see him depart the club, and make
this year, 2007, even-money favourite, also offering 4/1
that he will go in 2008, 5/1 in 2009, 7/2 that he departs in
2010 and 8/1 that he stays around until 2011 or
beyond.
Chelsea, 50/1 for the
Quadruple and 5/2 to win nothing with William Hill, are 4/7
favourites to lift the Carling Cup, for which Arsenal are
5/4.
The bookies are betting on
when or whether Theo Walcott will score in the match, should
he start, and offer 8/1 that he will score for the first
time in the first half, 8/1 in the second, 40/1 during extra
time, 10/1 in the penalty shoot-out and 1/8 that he does not
score at all.
Walcott is 5/6 to score a
competitive goal for Arsenal during the remainder of the
season and 5/6 not to.
Michael Ballack is 10/1
favourite to be the first player carded in the Carling Cup
final (90 minutes play) with William Hill.
