Alex McLeish is up against
it according to bookmakers William

1/8 that Scotland fail to qualify for the Euro 2008 finals
and 9/2 that they make it to the finals.
"With the exception of the
Faroe Islands away there is not an easy game in their
remaining qualifiers and the odds suggest that Scotland will
struggle to qualify," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert
Adams.

outsiders to win Euro 2008 and William Hill have taken a
£250 bet at 200/1 from an Edinburgh based customer and
should Scotland win he will collect £50,250.
