Hill are gearing
up for the start of Celebrity Big Brother and are expecting
that this series will break all records with in excess of
£1.8 million being wagered on the outcome of the
programme.
"Celebrity Big Brother is
a betting phenomenon and has got more popular ever year. It
is perhaps a reflection of the countries obsession with the
celebrity culture and we predict it will continue to boom in
coming years," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert
Adams.

that it is unlikely that this years show will have a non
celebrity taking part and offer 8/1 that one does and for
those punters hoping for a romance, bookies are offering
33/1 that any of this years contestants get married within a
year of leaving the house.

series after taking a number of bets in a London shop that
Big Brother was planning to bring last years winner
