England Rugby Coach Odds On For
The Chop
Bookies
William
Hill now make
England coach Andy Robinson 8/11 to be out of his job by the
time the next World Cup gets underway - and 'even money' to
remain in charge until then.
"England were slightly
unlucky to lose on the balance of play, but they were in
front with just a couple of minutes remaining and Robinson
is beginning to look like an unlucky coach - we think his
days in charge are numbered" said William Hill's spokesman
Graham Sharpe.
England are now quoted as
8/1 fifth favourites by William Hill to retain the Rugby
World Cup next year.
New Zealand are the 5/4
favourites for the World Cup with William Hill, who make
France 7/2 second favourites and also offer 9/2 South
Africa; 7/1 Australia; 8/1 England; 33/1 Wales; 50/1
Ireland; 66/1 Argentina; 100/1 Scotland; 500/1
Wales.
