Free Online Bingo Hits
UK
Free
Bingo, the UK's
first free-to-play 90-ball online bingo game, has
launched.
Using a unique currency
called FB£ (Free Bingo Pounds) players can purchase
game cards and watch as the game balls are pulled by a
computer and announced by a Caller using old-style
rhyming.
Phil Fraser, managing
director of Free Bingo, said, "Currently we believe about
100,000 people play online bingo in the UK, but with the
introduction of free sites like ours, we expect this to rise
to around half a million by the end of the year."
Players at Free Bingo are
given a balance of 'Free Bingo Pounds' when they join the
site and at the end of every month, each FB£ the
player has earned will qualify as an entry to a prize draw,
which still maintains the competitive thrill of gaming, but
without the need to risk money.
